What it’s all about.

Theme- “Blazing Through the Track: Robo Race -Break the speed and the Tech show down.”

The robo cars line up as the crowd watches with excitement. With a signal, the race begins—each car speeding forward, weaving through twists and turns. Spectators cheer as the race unfolds, a thrilling display of speed, skill, and innovation. Every turn brings new challenges, and every second counts. In the end, it's not just about winning—it’s about pushing the limits of technology and creativity.

Flow of Event

Introduction
Participants will receive a briefing on the event, rules, and point system.
Team Making/Registration
A team must contain minimum 2 and maximum 4 members. One will be a driver and the rest will be support.
Track Walkthrough
Participants will be shown the complete race track but will not be allowed to test their robots.
Modifying the Vehicle
Participants will have time to modify their robots accordingly.
Race
Finally, the race will be conducted one at a time. Scoring will follow the designated rating system, and the jury's decision will be final.
Prize Distribution
Prize will be awarded to top 3 participants and all others who will be able to complete the track will also be awarded.

Rules and Regulations

1.Undergraduate college students from any Indian college, with knowledge of basic electronic components like motor and driving skill can participate.

2.Teams must have a proper documentation of Robo containing a brief description about parts and working.

3. Once fallen off the track, then can continue from the last checkpoint.

4. Robo should be made according to the rules and regulations otherwise it will lead to disqualification.

5.Make sure you keep your Robo secret otherwise if found copied will result in disqualification.

6.The Robot must not damage the arena.

7. Each team's members are required to choose a name for it. In addition to not being connected in any way to the names of companies or registered trademarks, team names must not contain any language that promotes violence, discriminatory, or contains defamatory claims. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

8. Unethical behaviour may lead to disqualification.

9.Any individual or maker who the administrator determines is actually or appears to be interfering with the entry process or the event's operation,or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, may be disqualified at their sole discretion.

Robo Specification

1. The dimensions of the robot can be between 25cm x 20cm x 15cm (LxBxH) and 30cm x 25cm x20cm (LxBxH).

2. The Robo should be wireless.

3. The length of the wire (for wired bots) should be about 1.5 to 2.5m and the wire should remain slack during the complete run.

4. Maximum weight must not exceed 3 kg.

5. Participants should be able to briefly describe the components used and its working.

4. If cheating or a ready-made kit is found, such a machine will be disqualified.

Scoring

1. Flag points = 150.

2.5 points will be deducted every time the player resets the robo on track.

3.5 points will be deducted till two hurdles are skipped after that skipping a hurdle would deduce 15 points.

4. Time limit will be 15 mins.

5. If the robo finishes the race before 10 mins, 5 points will be awarded.

6. If the robo finishes the race between 10 to 12 mins, 3 points will be awarded.

7. If the robo finishes the race between 12 to 15 mins, 2 points will be awarded.

8. Total Score will be calculated after every deduction and bonuses are adjusted in total flag points.
