What it’s all about.

Theme- “Speeding Across The Track: Robo Race -Machines Compete and Technology Reigns”

Imagine a spectacle where sleek metallic bodies seamlessly glide across the track, guided not by human hands, but by the intricate algorithms and algorithms programmed into their digital brains. Each robo car is a marvel of modern engineering, equipped with sensors, processors, and actuators that allow it to navigate complex courses with speed and agility.

Flow of Event

Introduction
The Participants will be briefed about the event and rules. They will also be given some basic ideas about track and about what components they can use and about point systems. If required they will also be trained about Robo making and designing skills.
Team Making/Registration
The Participants will form a team of minimum 2 and maximum 4 and register for the event. They also need to prepare a document about components used.
Track Walkthrough
The Participants will be shown the full race track on which they need to race. They will not be allowed to test their Robo but they can observe the track.
Modifying the Vehicle
After observing the track, they will be given some time to modify their Robo according to track. Mentors will be there to help them.
Race
Finally, the race will be conducted, it will be one at a time. Scoring will be done on the basis of our rating system and the decision of jury will be final.
Prize Distribution
Prize will be awarded to top 3 participants and all others who will be able to complete the track will also be awarded.

Rules and Regulations

1. College undergraduates with knowledge of basic electronic components can participate.

2. A team must contain minimum 2 and maximum 4 members. One will be a driver and the rest will be support.

3.Teams must have a proper documentation of Robo containing a brief description about parts and working.

4. Once fallen off the track, then can continue from the last checkpoint.

5. Robo should be made according to the rules and regulations otherwise it will lead to disqualification.

6.Make sure you keep your Robo secret otherwise if found copied will result in disqualification.

7.The Robot must not damage the arena.

8. Unethical behavior may lead to disqualification.

9. Teams must choose non-violent, non-discriminatory names, avoiding company or trademark associations; disqualification awaits non-compliance.

10.The administrator holds the right to disqualify individuals found tampering or violating rules, laws, or event integrity.

Robo Specification

1. The dimensions of the robot can be between 25cm x 20cm x 15cm (LxBxH) and 30cm x 25cm x20cm (LxBxH).

2. The Robo must be wireless i.e Only Bluetooth Abled Robots are allowed.

3. Maximum weight must not exceed 3 kg.

4.Participants should be able to briefly describe the components used and its working.

5. If any ready-made Robot is found it will be disqualified.

Scoring

1. Preference will be given to robot, reaching fastest to finish-line.

2.(- 5sec) Points for each human touch. After each human touch, the robot will start from previous "Check point" which is present before each hurdle.

3. (-5sec) Points for each time Robot goes Off-Track.

4.Run should not last more than 15 minutes. After the trial time is over, the TIME-UP BUZZER will sound, and the team will be asked to remove the robot from the competition field.

5.If cheating or a ready-made kit is found, such a machine will be disqualified.
